Partners met in Poznan (Poland) to discuss the implemention of the project in each country and start organizing the dissemination and exploitation of the results.
Workshops in Poland are starting next 12th February. They will take place in Łomnica (Beskid Sądecki Mountains) and will be devoted to the culinary heritage of the region. The general idea of the workshops is to promote the region through the local culinary tradition. During the workshops, participants will share their memories (not only those culinar) and learn about local traditions, especially those related to kitchen and food preparation. The aim of our workshops is to activate participants, discuss their cultural heritage and unique local culture. There will be an opportunity to analise the cultural capital of Łomnica and to share memories about the flavours of childhood.

In the second workshop participants in Cyprus discussed about “objects of Lapithos” and it took place at the Lapithos Municipality. The mayor of Lapithos presented objects and collections exhibited at the Municipality, focusing mostly on the knives and the art of knife making in Laptihos, how they were used and how they represented the life in Lapithos. He had brought traditional knives of Lapithos and he narrated stories related to them. This presentation was followed by discussion and narrations from the participants about these objects as well as other objects they had brought themselves.
